Role Overview

As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. You will communicate via live chat, email, and phone, assisting with orders, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Process orders, track shipments, and manage returns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details
  • Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to resolve concerns and provide account-related support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (essential for both local and international customers)
  • Prior customer service experience preferred; knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as eBay is a plus
  • Must bring your own laptop daily
  • Must be able to commute to or plan to relocate near Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad
