Job Opportunity:

Position: HVAC Maintenance Manager

Location: Ocean Mall & Tower (Karachi)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems within the mall and tower.
  • Lead & Manage a team of technicians and ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE)
  • 7-8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
