Business Development and Sales Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets for heavy machinery spare parts (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, dump trucks, etc.).
- Conduct market research to analyze demand trends, competitor activities, and pricing structures for brands such as
Hitachi, Komatsu, Tonly
, and other OEM/aftermarket brands. - Develop and execute strategic market entry plans for new regions or product segments.
- Build partnerships with distributors, contractors, mining companies, construction firms, and logistic partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum
5–8 years experience
in business development within heavy machinery, construction equipment, or mining spare parts. - Strong knowledge of spare parts for brands like
Hitachi, Komatsu, Tonly, Caterpillar, Doosan
, etc. - Proven experience in international trade, exports/imports, and cross-border market development.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
