Position Overview

The
PPC Specialist
will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various digital platforms. This includes Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate must have a strong analytical mindset, creative strategy skills, and a portfolio of past work to demonstrate results and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize
    Google Ads campaigns
    (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing)
  • Plan and execute
    Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads
    to increase visibility, engagement, and leads
  • Design and run targeted
    email marketing campaigns
    using tools like
    Mailchimp
    or
    Zoho Campaigns
    .
  • Highly proficient in technical marketing integrations like
    GTM
    ,
    Google Search
    Console
    ,
    GA event tracking
    ,
    Meta Pixel
    , and other
    key analytics tools
    .
  • Skilled in crafting
    story-driven ad copy
    that engages audiences and drives conversions.
  • Perform detailed keyword
    research, A/B testing, audience targeting, and bidding
    strategy optimization.
  • Monitor ad spend and ROI to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and meet business goals
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaigns
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and landing page optimization
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools
  • Share past campaign results and performance reports for review during the hiring process
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or Management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in PPC and digital advertising
  • Advanced knowledge of

  • Experience in
    email marketing tools
    and campaign automation
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

  • Experience with Zoho Marketing Suite or other CRM-integrated marketing platforms
