About the opportunity

Shared Kitchens is one of the most innovative food verticals at foodpanda Pakistan, where we rent spaces to our restaurant partners in different locations to operate delivery-only kitchens. It has been the fastest-growing vertical in the last 2 years, and for 2026-27, the plan is to increase our footprint exponentially.

Due to this expansion, we are looking to hire a resource in Karachi who will be responsible for managing kitchen operations in Karachi. The primary responsibilities include ensuring optimized food preparation and delivery times, reducing customer complaints, and increasing food quality ratings to promote re-ordering and overall growth of the vertical.

What you need to be successful
  • 8-10 years of experience in the HORECA industry, ideally in a structured organization with clear SOPs to drive operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
