We're looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant who can wear multiple hats and get things done. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi. You'll be handling a wide range of tasks, so if you're a Master of one skill or a Jack of all trades, this is your playground.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer support via calls, emails, and chats.

Perform lead outreach and follow-ups to generate business opportunities.

Handle cold calling to pitch services/products and close deals.

Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.

Coordinate between clients, teams, and vendors for smooth operations.

Manage and update CRM/MLS systems for lead tracking and data accuracy.

Contribute to brand growth through creative marketing ideas.

Manage social media content, scheduling, and engagement.

Support website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.

Assist in e-commerce tasks including SEO-optimized listings and PPC campaign management.

Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies for better ROI.

Provide customer service for e-commerce orders, returns, and reviews.

Handle any other business-related tasks as needed – flexibility is key.
