ROLE:

We are looking for a female business secretary and coordinator. It is ON SITE role and not a REMOTE role with office in DHA ph 2. Candidate must be able to filter details over the phone and set up meeting with final decision makers B2B and arrange meetings with both decision makers over the phone audio and vid tools. The campaign is BPO insurance related .

Experience: Must be having experience in call centers or worked in roles where B2B agent client relationship is developed for business. Min 6 months to 1 year experience, freshers can apply if they have the right skill set we are looking for.

SKILLS: Must have fluent enlish speaking, persuation skills and good in securing meetings B2B for corporate sales deals, meetings with the decision makers in corporate sector , over the phone, must be phone friendly and have persuasive personality to engage decision makers over audio video tools to set up meetings with CEO or managers of the company.

Basics of MS office,excel and data finding capabilities will be an added advantage

Education: BBA/BSC-Grad or under grad.

Location: DHA ph2 near Gate 3, Westeria road, Rawalpindi, (candidate will arrange own transport)

Timings: 945am till 545pm-Mon-fri

Bonus and incentives-Additional incentives upto PKR 100,000 per quarter for setting up the meetings and helping in follow ups and relationship retention with clients

REJECTION: Candidates without College/ business degrees and experience, min 1 year experience in B2B customer service/sales/marketing experience, students and people who cannot commute to office will not be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs55,000.00 per month
