Job Title: HR, Admin & PMO Manager

Job Type: Full-time | Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR, Admin & PMO Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our Human Resources, Administration, and Project Management Office operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, driving projects, and maintaining a compliant, organized work environment. Apply only if you are comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle HR activities: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and employee relations.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, office facilities, vendor relationships, and supplies.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage projects across departments through the PMO, ensuring timelines, quality, and resource allocation.
  • Use ClickUp to manage workflows, tasks, project tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation in compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee administrative budgets and cost control.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards using advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, performance tracking).
  • Act as the primary contact for HR and admin-related employee queries.
  • Promote a positive, organized, and collaborative office environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR, Administration, and PMO management.
  • Mandatory experience with ClickUp for project and task management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, reporting, dashboards).
  • Thorough knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT) at our Gulberg III, Lahore office.
