Job Title: Senior Sales Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage assigned customers' portfolios to achieve sales and collection targets in line with the plan or assigned targets.
  2. Support the Director of Sales in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts to inform procurement and supply chain decisions.
  3. Deliver targeted gross margins for assigned portfolios/territories on a regular basis.
  4. Develop new customers and revive lost customers to drive continuous business growth in assigned territories.
  5. Liaise with the customer services team to ensure prompt and effective support for assigned portfolios/territories.
  6. Provide market intelligence on competition, market behaviors, and industry trends to inform business planning and strategy development.
  7. Coordinate with technical services teams for timely complaint resolution and pre- and post-sales support.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for assigned data and portfolio status.
  9. Perform other tasks and special assignments as assigned by management or line managers.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Urdu skills.
  • Relevant experience in the textile industry.
  • Sales experience and knowledge of market trends.
  • Good product knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
