In this role, you will serve as a technical advisor during the pre-sales process and play a key role in shaping proposals, solution architecture, and delivery planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand client needs and translate them into technical software/cloud solutions.
  2. Design high-level solution architectures, workflows, and integration approaches.
  3. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to prepare technical proposals, SoWs, and pitch decks.
  4. Participate in discovery calls, gather technical and functional requirements.
  5. Support sales conversations with demos, presentations, and technical Q&A.
  6. Assist in building pricing models based on effort estimates and scope.
  7. Work with project managers and engineering leads to ensure smooth handoff of technical scope post-sale.
  8. Provide early guidance on architecture, tools, and tech stack considerations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solution architect, or technical consultant role.
  • Solid understanding of custom software development and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple business terms.
  • Comfortable with client-facing interactions, presentations, and proposal writing.
  • Familiarity with software delivery lifecycles (Agile/Scrum) and DevOps practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
