Job Summary
As a Business Development Specialist (BDS), your sole mission is to schedule meetings for our Account Executives. You'll engage real estate professionals in the USA market using email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels—no outbound phone calls or face-to-face meetings are required. Your efforts are key to building a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and driving the growth of our Marketplace.

This role is perfect for someone who is fluent in the English language with experience in driving top-of-the-funnel leads and qualifying opportunities that turn into potential sales. You will:

  1. Play a crucial role in outbound lead generation to support our sales teams.
  2. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify target industries and organizations.
  3. Gain deep insight into the challenges and goals of these target markets.
  4. Develop, test, and refine outreach templates to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
  5. Contribute directly to the company's growth by helping build a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities Performance Targets:
  1. Build and maintain a pipeline that meets or exceeds a monthly meeting scheduling target (to be defined based on market and historical performance).
Digital Outreach:
  1. Engage real estate professionals through targeted email and LinkedIn messaging.
  2. Utilise a structured, multi-touch outreach strategy to initiate and nurture conversations.
Lead Qualification:
  1. Evaluate contacts in our CRM to determine their fit.
  2. Ensure only qualified prospects are scheduled for consultative meetings.
Meeting Scheduling:
  1. Set up discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives.
  2. Follow up with prospects to confirm or reschedule meetings as needed.
CRM Management:
  1. Accurately track all outreach activities and scheduled meetings in HubSpot.
  2. Maintain an organized pipeline and update records in real-time.
Market Research:
  1. Stay current on real estate market trends and common challenges faced by agents to continuously refine messaging.
Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with Account Executives and the Sales Manager to improve outreach strategies.
  2. Participate in weekly pipeline review calls and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
  1. Sales Passion: A keen interest in a career within a high-performing sales culture.
  2. Communication Skills: Exceptional English language written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
  3. Drive & Targets: Highly driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
  4. Organizational Skills: Fantastic organisational and time management skills.
  5. Experience: A proven track record of meeting sales targets is a plus.
  6. Digital Savvy: Comfort with using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and various digital outreach tools.
