· Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive support and ensuring satisfaction.
· Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and cost estimation needs.
· Regularly check in with clients to gauge satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
· Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
· Offer expert advice to clients on cost estimation strategies, timelines, and expectations.
· Work closely with the internal team to ensure cost estimates and other deliverables are prepared accurately and on time.
· Monitor client projects, ensuring timely completion of all phases and clear communication throughout.
· Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
· Collect client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements.
· Provide insights to the Client Success Manager and other teams to help enhance the overall customer experience.
· Suggest product or service improvements based on client needs and industry trends.
Requirements:
· 1-2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer service, preferably in a consulting or service-based industry.
· Experience in cost estimation, construction, or related fields is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Job-Type:Full time, on-site.
Timings:6pm-3am (Night Shift).
Salary Range:70,000 PKR to 100,000 PKR.
