A well-known and market leader organization in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics field is looking for a dynamic, hard-working individual for its HR & Admin Department. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience of over 10 years in the freight forwarding/logistics field.

Incumbent will be responsible for the South Region Human Resource, Industrial Relations, and Administration functions of the Company. The position reports to the Group Head of Human Resource at the Head Office in Lahore. Primary responsibilities are:

  1. Human Resource
  2. Recruitment & Selection
  3. Compensation administration
  4. Trainings
  5. Performance Management
  6. HR Operations
  7. Various Reports
  8. Addressing grievances
  9. Separations
  10. Payroll & final settlements
  11. Industrial Relations
  12. Compliance with government regulations such as:
  13. Industrial compliance
  14. Workmen regulations
  15. Establishment requirements
  16. Inquiries
  17. Workmen code
  18. Day-to-day operations
  19. Coordination with government officials of such establishments as:
  20. Ministry of Labor
  21. SESSI
  22. EOBI, etc.
  23. Meeting and counseling of drivers and workshop staff on a regular basis
  24. Displaying of required documents/notices on the office notice board
  25. Administration
  26. Responsible for general office hygiene, safety protocols, and maintenance matters
  27. Setup activities (task-wise) for subordinate staff

Position is at the company's Port Qasim facility. Incumbent is required to visit the City offices in Karachi 2 days a week.
