We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer (Non-Technical) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities and grow existing client accounts. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to implement strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and products or services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and maximize retention.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for targeting new clients and improving revenue.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with other businesses, organizations, or influencers to expand the company's reach.
- Business Proposals & Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients or partners.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports on sales activities, and assist with forecasting and setting targets.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the voice industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and business management tools.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in managing client accounts and sales negotiations.
- Knowledge of market research and trend analysis.
