Technologies:IT solutions design for complex environments (e.g. enterprise storage, cloud-native solutions, data lake house, HPC, virtualization etc.), with experience in Huawei, Dell EMC, IBM, VMware, H3C, Sangfor, HPE, Oracle, Veeam and similar platforms
Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field + certification in related domain (e.g. HCSA Presales Storage, VCAP, DCP etc.)
Salary:Competitive package, based on relevant experience
Job Summary/Objective
As the Presales Systems Expert (IT Presales), you will collaborate closely with the sales team to design and propose advanced IT solutions, focusing on compute, storage, virtualization and system integration to meet customer-specific needs. This role demands a solid technical foundation in IT hardware, including servers, storage, and operating systems, with a customer-centric approach to deliver optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
·Prepare and design IT solutions covering compute and storage based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.
·Leverage experience in IT hardware and solutions, especially with industry-leading brands such as IBM, Dell EMC, Huawei, VMware, and Veeam etc.
·Utilize OEM portals and configurators to create tailored solutions for clients and manage deal registrations and follow-ups for extensions as required.
·Work with sales team to achieve sales targets.
·Work providing solutions for digitization of clients.
·Apply hands-on experience in solution deployment, assisting in implementation when necessary.
·Acquire and maintain technical certifications as per OEM requirements, staying up-to-date with industry standards and advancements.
·Prepare comprehensive technical proposals that align with client needs and ensure solution validation with OEMs.
·Maintain an awareness of competing brands and emerging technologies in the IT domain.
·Identify opportunities for Proof of Concept (POC) for potential clients and ensure successful delivery.
·Negotiate pricing with OEMs.
·Exhibit strong presentation and communication skills, conveying technical solutions clearly to stakeholders.
·Coordinate independently with designated customer accounts to provide support and uphold client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
·Extensive knowledge of IT hardware, including servers, storage solutions, and operating systems.
·Experience with multiple IT brands such as Dell EMC, IBM, VMware, H3C, Sangfor, Veeam, along with familiarity with OEM tools for solution configuration.
·Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Certifications:
Please note that all of these certifications are not required simultaneously for the job rather, at least one or more Pre-Sales Storage OR Systems certification/s will automatically qualify the prospective candidates for the pre-screening phase of the hiring process. Furthermore, actual verifiable certificates produced during the hiring process will swiftly prove the depth of knowledge therefore will also be given preference.

·H3C Certified Pre-sales Engineer
Expected knowledge/awareness of Datacentres/Cloud Infrastructure and Solution design related standards for example:
