Human Resources Professional - MBA HRM, CPD HRMPOSITION SUMMARY :
The Manager presales and solutions support is responsible for leading the presales and technical support team to ensure seamless deployment and integration of enterprise solutions. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and customer-facing skills to drive sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the presales and support team to assist the sales process by delivering tailored technical solutions that meet client needs.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop presales and technical support staff to build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product development) to align technical resources and meet customer requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements, develop proposals, and deliver presentations and demonstrations of products/services.
- Ensure high-quality post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and customer training.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, acting as a point of escalation for complex technical issues.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in presales, technical support, or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of ICT solutions, networking, software development, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with CRM tools, project management software, and technical support systems.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
