At Citrex, we are transforming education by helping schools deliver engaging, technology-driven learning experiences. The Product Success Lead will be the bridge between our platform and the schools that use it, ensuring smooth implementation, resolving challenges, and helping teachers and students get the most from Citrex. This is a hands-on role that combines training, problem-solving, and relationship-building to create lasting impact in the classroom. This role is primarily for candidates who are comfortable working with female teachers in pre and primary schools in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Training
  • Deliver onboarding and training sessions for school administrators and teachers.
  • Help schools integrate Citrex into their teaching environment seamlessly.
  • Support new school implementations to ensure effective adoption.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Liaise with the software development team to report bugs and track fixes until resolved.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation including manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Generate regular usage and performance reports to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Client Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with schools to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Gather feedback to guide product improvements and ensure high user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Teaching, IT Applications, Customer Support.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently, communicate with diverse teams from business development, IT & software development and academics.
  • Manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • Teaching experience or prior work in the education sector.

Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving company needs and take on tasks beyond those listed above.
  • Willingness to travel for school visits within and outside Lahore.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Confident working with school staff and teachers.
  • Be able to deliver presentations and troubleshoot the Citrex Learning Portal
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and patience in resolving issues.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for using technology to improve education.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: PKR 70,000/month during probation, increasing to PKR 80,000/month thereafter
