Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
  • Write and post job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Source candidates through databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records and track hiring metrics.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
