Job Description

We are seeking a driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our Ahmedabad team. This role blends technical expertise with sales acumen, ideal for freshers eager to launch their careers or professionals with 1-2 years of experience. You will act as the bridge between our engineering teams and clients, delivering solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibility
  • Engage with clients across industries (EV, Solar, Energy, Semiconductor, etc.) to understand their technical challenges and business goals.
  • Present and demonstrate OEM products (e.g., HIOKI, Teledyne LeCroy) and customized ATE solutions.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, technical documentation, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design integrated systems aligned with client requirements.
Primary Areas of Accountability
  • Drive sales growth for industrial testing, measurement, and automation solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships across target industries.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in testing, measurement, and automation technologies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Required Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with industrial testing tools, measurement systems, or automation technologies (prior exposure to OEM products like HIOKI or LeCroy is a plus).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Gujarati/Hindi (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Education + Experience
  • Education: B.E. in Electrical/Electronics (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
  • Experience: 0-2 years in technical sales or a related field.
