Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced product manager to lead the customer experience function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product development frameworks, Agile methodologies, and structured problem-solving techniques.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end product management, structured problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, process optimization, risk management, project management, vendor & integration management, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple initiatives in parallel, ensuring a structured and disciplined approach to execution.
- Oversight of external partners and system integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
- Identify and analyze complex business challenges, break them down into manageable components, and develop logical solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business, technology, and operations teams, ensuring streamlined communication and execution.
- Leverage structured data analysis and insights to measure product performance, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvements.
- Develop scalable, systematic processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Proactively identify potential risks, analyze impact, and develop structured mitigation plans.
- Manage and analyze CXP system bugs, escalate them to appropriate teams, and implement logical solutions for long-term stability.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management or product operations, with at least 2 years in E-commerce, customer service, or AI domains.
- Strong understanding of product development frameworks, Agile methodologies, and structured problem-solving techniques.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals.
- Experience managing system integrations, third-party vendors, and operational workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). Knowledge of SQL/Python or other programming languages is a plus.
