About the Job

We are looking for a seasoned Zonal Manager to join our team at Plantarius Agro Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of Area Managers, and developing effective business strategies.

Key Accountabilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Performance Evaluation: Track and evaluate regional performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Training and Development: Provide regular performance evaluations, feedback, and training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and operational metrics to senior management.
