Distribution Specialist

As a Distribution Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the distribution channel to ensure that products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and develop targeted solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen the distribution channel through effective relationship management.
  • Ensure proper stock levels, order processing, and timely deliveries.
  • Train and motivate distributor sales teams to improve field execution.
  • Monitor distributor claims and ensure timely resolution.


Requirements

To succeed as a Distribution Specialist, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in retail/distribution sales, preferably in construction materials, paints, tiles, sanitary and cement.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s).
