Human Resources Specialist

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from advertising job openings to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with department heads to identify talent acquisition needs and develop strategies to attract top candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Advertise job openings, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews and assessment centers.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver employee training programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Compensation: Ensure accurate salary determination and contracts, handle payroll processes, and maintain compliance with employment laws.
  • Performance Management: Coach managers on effective performance management techniques and support employees in setting goals and objectives.
  • Policy & Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain up-to-date HR policies, procedures, and processes that align with current employment law.
  • Documentation: Create staff handbooks, contracts, and other essential documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. A bachelor's degree from a reputable university and 3-5 years of experience in HR or a related field are required. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent analytical skills are also essential.
