- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve recurring customer support issues promptly.
- Portal Enhancement: Work on improving the customer support portal to create a seamless experience for customers.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, including working on ERP tutorials, to ensure the smooth operation of the support function.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess good English language skills, excellent communication abilities, and fundamental knowledge of IT systems. A minimum Bachelor's degree is required.
