Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Officer to join our team at UGA All Business Solutions LLP, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Generate high-quality leads through a combination of cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and online research.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue, creating compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial contracts and agreements with clients or partners.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships or alliances to enhance the company's reach or offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products or services based on market demands.
  • Drive geographical or market expansion by identifying opportunities and developing tailored strategies.
  • Manage business development activities efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on business development activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably with startups.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting proposals, negotiating deals, and building client relationships.
  • The ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions and develop effective strategies.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish connections within the industry and identify opportunities.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and strategies to close deals and generate revenue.
