Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain efficient workflows and processes across the organization.
  • Coordinate activities between departments such as Software Development, HR, Sales, and Finance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices to optimize overall performance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for teams and individuals to evaluate productivity and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required; an MBA is considered a plus. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in operations management, preferably within a technology or software company. A strong understanding of software team operations, including Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle methodologies, is essential.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are necessary to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement and workflow optimization is required.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Trello, Notion, Hubstaff, Jira, Slack, Office365, and Google Workspace is expected.
