Business Development and Relationship Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' requirements and preferences, ensuring seamless delivery of Di8it's offerings.
- Promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance overall customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to internal stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize business operations.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
