Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' requirements and preferences, ensuring seamless delivery of Di8it's offerings.
  • Promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance overall customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize business operations.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
