Job Title: Enterprise Sales Professional - CRM/ERP Solutions

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM & ERP) to drive new business growth, build client relationships, and promote our enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach efforts, social media campaigns, and professional networking
  • Pitch and promote Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) solutions to clients across various industries
  • Analyze client pain points and develop tailored solutions
  • Deliver compelling product demos and present proposals to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and effective solution delivery
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, activities, and pipeline progress in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while expanding the client base
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation within the software/IT solutions space
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP modules
  • Proven track record of closing tech sales or enterprise software deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously
