Job Title: Enterprise Sales Professional - CRM/ERP Solutions
Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM & ERP) to drive new business growth, build client relationships, and promote our enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach efforts, social media campaigns, and professional networking
- Pitch and promote Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) solutions to clients across various industries
- Analyze client pain points and develop tailored solutions
- Deliver compelling product demos and present proposals to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and effective solution delivery
- Maintain detailed records of leads, activities, and pipeline progress in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while expanding the client base
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation within the software/IT solutions space
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP modules
- Proven track record of closing tech sales or enterprise software deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously
