
Compliance Manager – Customer Service and Support

**Job Description:**
The Compliance Manager – Customer Service and Support will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and standard rules and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills.
About the Position:
- Analyze consumer complaints received from OGRA, identifying areas of non-compliance with standard rules and regulations.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address non-compliance issues.
- Work closely with departments to ensure relevant feedback and case files are stored for future references.
- Communicate with customers to resolve their complaints and provide them with timely updates.
- Prepare reports on regulatory and statutory obligations to ensure accuracy and timeliness within the framework of the regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in complaint management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
