Job Title: IT Service Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced IT service management professional to oversee and improve our IT service management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL, ServiceNow, COBIT, and related certifications.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining IT service management policies and procedures, including incident, problem, change, and service level management.

  • Create and maintain IT service management policies and procedures.
  • Oversee daily operations of the IT service department.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services aligned with business needs.
  • Manage risks related to IT service supply, ensuring compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills and certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow, COBIT.
