Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Career Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Smart Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by discussing agreements, identifying and evaluating customer demands, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional customer support.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Negotiations: Engage in constructive discussions with potential customers to negotiate agreements and resolve any issues that may arise.
  2. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of customer demands to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Satisfaction Delivery: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective support, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  4. Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally, resolving issues through open communication and empathy.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
  6. Attitude and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times, fostering strong relationships and trust.
