Key Account Development Specialist

Job Overview

The Key Account Development Specialist plays a vital role in fostering strategic partnerships with key customers, working closely with the Key Accounts Manager to drive commercial growth.

  • Monitor sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, sharing updates with the Key Accounts Manager and relevant teams.
  • Track KPIs and identify variances, providing actionable suggestions for improvement.
  • Support the development of insights from sell-out and category data to inform planning decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Collaborate with the Key Accounts Manager to execute joint business plans and customer-specific initiatives.

Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on operational matters, ensuring timely resolution of queries, order status, and delivery issues.

Executional Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of plans in stores through coordination with merchandising teams, maintaining proper visibility and planogram compliance.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure alignment on execution plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.

1-3 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Key Accounts functions.

Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
