HR Generalist Role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to manage all aspects of the human resource department, including policy implementation, employee relations, and recruitment. This includes designing and implementing effective training programs to ensure employees have the skills needed to succeed in their roles.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for creating, evaluating, and maintaining all HR-related policies, procedures, and structures. They will also perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews to assess growth and identify areas for improvement.
