We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at PromoGen.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs, goals, and business environment
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborate with clients to refine sales strategies and qualify sales leads
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment
  • Self-starter who can positively contribute to a friendly, start-up environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
  • High commissions and incentives for meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
