- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
