In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting calls to ensure they meet our quality standards. You will work closely with teams to resolve quality issues and provide feedback to improve call quality.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and inspecting calls
- Developing and implementing quality control processes
- Collaborating with teams to resolve quality issues
- Providing feedback to improve call quality
A minimum of X years of experience in quality control is required. Strong computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills are also necessary.
