**Job Summary:** We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the performance of our sales channels, leveraging data visualization and digital transformation projects to drive growth.

As a Channel Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing sales trends, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing user-friendly Business Intelligence tools. Your expertise in managing channel partner activities, monitoring performance reviews, and highlighting improvement areas will be invaluable to our team.

  • Responsible for analyzing sales performance through studying sales trends, traffic patterns, quality of sales, and other related reports to diagnose weak areas and improvement areas presented through data visualization.
  • Steer and implement digital transformation projects from Sales and Distribution side.
  • Implement BI tools (Qlik/Tableau) that can be used by the sales team to gauge performance at retail, franchise, grid, sub-region, and grid level.
  • Monitor channel partner activities and performance reviews.
  • Highlight improvement areas for better management and decision-making.
  • Manage Monthly PBC and Promotions calculations and verifications, ensuring timely processing.
  • Calculate ROI of franchises based on latest commissions and identify gaps where franchise support is required.
  • Monitor and implement actions on Grey Channel.
  • Maintain database management of Retail base, ensuring accurate information is in the system at all times.
  • Liaise with Regulatory bodies for data sharing and developments related to BVS retail to ensure full compliance with SOP.
  • Develop performance dashboards based on Marketing, Engineering, and Sales KPIs in coordination with IT/DT.

**Key Qualifications:**

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience of 4 years or more.
