
Contact Center Operations Manager

The Contact Center Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our contact center. This includes forecasting call volumes, maintaining the call distribution system, and monitoring productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Forecast call volumes and adjust staffing levels to meet business needs
- Ensure the call distribution system is functioning correctly to minimize wait times
- Monitor productivity and generate reports to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement procedures to standardize processes and improve efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least three years of experience in contact management or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
