Job Summary

The Contact Center Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our contact center. This includes forecasting call volumes, maintaining the call distribution system, and monitoring productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast call volumes and adjust staffing levels to meet business needs
  • Ensure the call distribution system is functioning correctly to minimize wait times
  • Monitor productivity and generate reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement procedures to standardize processes and improve efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of experience in contact management or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
