Nurse Educator Position

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the learning needs of nursing employees, developing and conducting orientation programs, training courses, and in-service education sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learner Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the learning needs of orientees/trainees during courses and traineeship.
  • Program Development: Design and deliver high-quality orientation programs, training courses, basic skills training, and in-service education sessions that cater to the development needs of nursing employees.
  • Curriculum Planning: Plan, develop, and organize programs, courses, and workshops to meet the broad nursing needs and institutional patient care objectives.
  • Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of individual and group learning, ensuring that educational programs align with organizational goals.
  • Knowledge Application: Demonstrate sound theoretical and practical knowledge related to adult teaching-learning processes.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited institution.
  • At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse or equivalent, preferably with some clinical teaching experience.
  • A valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council.
  • Certification in BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP (Provider/Instructor).
  • Demonstrated competencies in imparting skills and knowledge to diverse audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of nursing policies and processes.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
