About Motive:
Motive is a leading provider of innovative solutions for fleet management. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive II/III to join our Expansion Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong executive relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion with our customers.
Your primary focus will be on surveying prospects to understand their pain points and aligning those needs with the Motive solution. You will also be responsible for demoing our software and solutions to fleet managers and larger strategic customers, as well as partnering with your account team to support and grow your customers.
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of success, with 3+ years of relevant or transferable work experience. You should also possess strong end-to-end ownership attitude, leadership skills, and the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and key decision makers externally.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative and fast-paced sales environment. You will be flexible with changing processes and comfortable working in a quota-driven environment.
