About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Presales Consultant to join our team and contribute to the sales cycle by designing and delivering cutting-edge Quantica solutions. As a key contributor, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand their technical and business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architect: Work with the sales team to design and propose Quantica solutions tailored to meet customer needs. Act as a subject matter expert during customer meetings and provide technical advice regarding Quantica architectures, components, and deployment strategies.
- Pre-sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver product demos, presentations, and technical workshops to customers, effectively communicating the value proposition and capabilities of the Quantica solutions in alignment with customer requirements.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers to understand their technical and business requirements. Translate these requirements into effective solutions that meet the business goals while addressing scalability, security, and operational needs.
- Proposal Creation: Develop detailed technical proposals and responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), including cost estimates, architectural diagrams, solution descriptions, and project timelines.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) & Pilot Projects: Lead or support the development and execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects for potential customers to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of the proposed Quantica solutions.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct technical analysis of competitor offerings, identifying differentiators and helping to position the company's Quantica solutions more effectively in the marketplace.
- Customer Engagement: Provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle, from initial customer interactions to contract signing. Address technical queries and ensure customers are well-informed about the solutions being proposed.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the sales, product and platform teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and can be successfully delivered. Ensure smooth transitions from presales to the delivery phase.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Quantica technologies and architectures.
- Familiarity with Quantica protocols, network topologies, and cloud integration.
- Knowledge of analytics and data processing frameworks in the context of Quantica solutions.
- Exposure to enterprise IT systems and understanding of security, scalability, and compliance in Quantica implementations.
