Global Donor Engagement Strategist

Job Description:

A pivotal role in supporting the cultivation, stewardship and growth of relationships with local and global major donors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute tailored donor engagement strategies to ensure consistent communication and meaningful touchpoints.
  • Map donor journeys and ensure donors remain on a thoughtful, personalized engagement trajectory.
  • Liaise with frontline teams to align on donor servicing and implementation of engagement plans.
  • Ensure donor profiles are updated, capturing philanthropic interests, engagement history, and future potential using CRM platforms.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of donor visits and events to deliver a high-quality experience.
  • Analyse donor profiles and engagement data to generate useful insights; ensure engagement activities are completed on time and help strengthen relationships through regular tracking and improvements.
  • Manage a small portfolio of major donors, ensuring timely updates, personalized engagement, and appropriate recognition.
  • Maintain up-to-date donor records and communications in the CRM system and support ongoing data accuracy.
  • Monitor and identify any risks to donor relationships and proactively support the frontline teams in addressing them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, regional, and Brands & Communications teams to develop high-quality donor engagement materials and customized deliverables such as reports, videos, messages and presentations.
  • Ensure strategic engagement of TCF's Board Members and Ambassadors by creating tailored engagement plans and supporting their participation in donor-related initiatives, events, and communications.
