  • IDentify new opportunities and support the sales team in opening new Dealers/Distributors/Shopkeepers
  • Educate the sales team on company products and best practices
  • Ensure timely recovery and achievement of sales targets
  • Verify customer claims and resolve any issues promptly
  • Guarantee on-time delivery to customers with zero complaints
  • Monitor competitors' activities and develop strategies to outperform them
  • Take over responsibilities of junior/senior staff during their absence
