Job Summary

We are looking for a Territory Growth Officer to lead the expansion of Foliar & Pesticides in a designated region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and business development.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand Foliar & Pesticides presence in the assigned region.
  2. Lead a team of Area Managers to achieve sales objectives and provide coaching and guidance to improve their performance.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and formulate effective business strategies.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Zonal Manager, Regional Manager, or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the retail, e-commerce, or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
