Job Title: Senior Google Ads and PPC Specialist

We are looking to hire a digital marketing expert to lead high-ROI advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/other Meta properties, LinkedIn, and other popular platforms.

About the Job:

The role is perfect for a performance-focused marketer who thrives in a data-driven environment, maximizing conversions and ad spend efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns with 4+ years of industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and social channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage ad budgets, conduct A/B testing, perform keyword and audience research, and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Implement retargeting strategies and advanced audience segmentation techniques.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc., to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and web analytics platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs, conversion tracking, and bidding strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience making data-informed decisions.
