Role Overview
Annies Food Products is seeking a strategic and results-driven Channel Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the designated territory, while strengthening the distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the designated territory.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other key stakeholders in the local market.
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase product display and availability through the distribution network.
- Effectively manage a team of distributors to ensure productive and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an FMCG company, preferably in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in channel sales, with a deep understanding of the local market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
