Overview
Dover Corporation is a world manufacturer of product identification and traceability solutions. Our Channel Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing partners and channels to achieve market leadership and sustainable business growth.
About the Role:
- Plan and execute channel sales strategy to drive revenue, profit, and growth targets in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
- Spearhead the development of new partners and channels, focusing on driving CIS solution adoption with respective organizations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to proactively define and drive sales/marketing activities, including identifying market opportunities and threats, monitoring competition activities, and executing commercial activities such as launching new products to the market successfully.
- Utilize sales tools like Salesforce.com to map sales efficiency, track sales activities, and target progression.
- Gain and capitalize market knowledge to assist distributors in working out sales tactics while partnering with Global marketing, pre-sales technical service, and CIS teams.
- Network at industry events and trade shows to assess potential customers, new channel partners, market competition, and technology evolution in South Asia.
- Support Integrators & OEMs as needed with local distributors and develop RTM strategies for these partners.
