Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

As a Regional Sales Leader, your primary focus will be on achieving the following KPIs:

• Postpaid sales growth

• Mobile wallet activation

• Remittances and retail/franchise business development

• Distribution and retail network development

• Franchise and retail channel management

• Meeting monthly targets and strengthening the channel

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate commercial planning and channel planning.
  • Manage the franchise and retail channel by motivating and counseling concerned parties.
  • Meet monthly KPI targets and strengthen the channel.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales, distribution, channel development, and retail management.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an HEC recognized institute.
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and drive results-oriented initiatives.
