Senior Regional Marketing Manager


Job Description:

As a Senior Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for devising and executing regional strategies based on the principle of "One City One Strategy". You will manage the Regional Segments Portfolio and deliver company objectives related to revenue and customer base. Your key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing Area Play Frameworks and relevant revenues.

You will also be responsible for the regional product portfolio development, subscriber base management, and revenue maximization. Additionally, you will coordinate with regional teams for all areas pertaining to marketing, including products, OOH/Digital campaigns, and KPI analysis discussions.

Your end-to-end responsibility will encompass product conception, design, communication strategy, regional planning, and cross-regional alignment. You will work closely with regional teams to develop and execute city-specific strategies with defined KPIs, focusing on market share growth, subscriber base expansion, 4G penetration, customer engagement, product uptake, data leadership, and ARPU improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant field.

  • • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
