We are seeking a Call Center Systems Technician to join our team at RJ Enterprise. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our call center systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and configure network infrastructure, including DNS, AD Servers, GPOs, VLANs, and VPNs.
  2. Administer Windows Server 2012-2022 and Windows 10 platforms.
  3. Identify and resolve system-related issues.

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of secure network monitoring tools.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM - 5:00 AM.
